Ingredients:

1# 8-12L Weyermann Caramel

5# DME

1 oz American Cascade 7.5% (Bet 4.6%? – notation in handwritten notes unclear)

1 oz German Smaragd 8.5%

1 oz American Summit 15.1%

American Ale Yeast

Zest of 1 orange

 

Method:

Add ¾ oz American Cascade at 0 minutes

Add ¼ oz American Cascade and ½ oz GS at 40 minutes

Add ½ oz GS and orange zest at 55 minutes

 

OG = 50 on 6/11/11

FC = 20 on 6/23/11
